I am Sunita Kumari Bhuiya and 17 years old. I live in a village on the outskirt of Dhanbad city. ( about 80 kms from Purulia) When I was 5 years I developed patch and was diagnosed with leprosy. I took MDT for one year from Dhanbad.

My name is Hemant Rai and I lost my left lower limb about 7 years back in  road traffic accident with my motor bike. The accident left my lower limb crushed and had to finally be amputated. 
 

I am Gita Rajwar, 25 years old married to Mr. Uttam Rajwar and have two children. I came to the Leprosy Mission Hospital, Purulia in 2011 with deformity in my right hand with which I would find difficult to work, even doing household work. On examination I was diagnosed with CLAW hand on my left hand.

I am Hasina  Bibi,  38 yrs old female,  from Chakradharpur , Jharkhand . I am married with 4 children. I contracted leprosy 3-4 yrs ago but was on treatment for 1 year from the local doctors. Once my husband came to know about my disease he left me and the children.
